November has come to end, but just one day near to the end, Samsung rolled out November security patch for more cellphones – now it was J series which get the updates. These would make these mobile more secure and reliable. Galaxy A series phones – A6+, A8 has already this update earlier this month. Samsung is rolling out the mentioned security patch for the Galaxy J6+, J5+ and J2 Pro.
The Galaxy J6+ and J4+ are mid-range handsets that Samsung released this year. According to Samsung representative, the handset was created especially for youngsters. These are stylish, functional, comes with reliable 3300mAh battery and 6 inch infinity displays. Despite of having all flagship features these are quite affordable. Both are powered by Snadpdragon 425 processor with different Storage and memory configurations.
The Galaxy J6+ is Samsung first mid-range smart phone with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Galaxy J6+ gets firmware J610FNXXU1ARK4 and J4+ gets J415FNXXU1ARK5 in Ukraine. Samsung also has released the latest security maintenance update for the Galaxy J2 pro. The latest security patch has fixed for 11 critical Android OS vulnerabilities which also include SVE items.
So far, Galaxy A5(2017), A8(2018) gets the firmware versions A520FXXU7CRJG and A530FXXS3BRK6. If you own any of these devices, you can grab the update. Open the settings app, tap software update, and then tab the ‘download updates manually option’. After download is complete, install and restart your phone.
