Samsung has decided to rule budget mobile industry as well. The company is working on launching a couple of devices under its mid-range A series. Recently, Samsung has announced another budget smartphone with premium features Galaxy A70 last week and there is another event due for next week. Samsung has already sent out invites for an event on April 10 and the company plans to launch a few more devices as well as reveal the prices and availability of Galaxy A70. Recent leaks about Galaxy A90 has suggest a 48MP rotating pop-up camera – a camera system both slide out and rotate.
Apart from the pop-up camera system, the smartphone will come with 6/8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage. The device will be available in black, silver, and gold color options. The rotating camera isn’t new concept. Oppo has already released a device with a pop-up camera back in 2015. Another report suggest that Galaxy A90 will adopt a no-notch approach with a lifting rotary camera system that haven’t seen before. The pop-up selfie camera similar to front-facing shooter setup of the Vivo Nex. However the sliding camera of the upcoming smartphone’s configuration implemented by the OPPO Find X, combined with what the OPPO N1 brought back in 2013.
Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), which was unveiled November last year, is the world’s first quad-camera smartphone, and it featured four vertically-arranged rear facing cameras. It included the primary shooter, a wide-angle sensor, an ultra-wide-angle imaging module, and a depth sensor. The sliding camera system deliver a much cleaner front panel design that doesn’t need notches or punch holes. In contrast, some of the most recent devices released by the Samsung, including the Galaxy A30 and A50, used either Infinity-V, Infinity-U, or Infinity-O designs. Aside from the Galaxy A90, A30, A50, the Galaxy A series also include the Galaxy A10, A40, and A70 handsets.
