Over the span of a few months, Samsung released a few smartphones; Galaxy A10, A20, A20 and, A50 in India. A few days ago, Samsung added the Galaxy A70 to the list as well. The Galaxy A70 is the premium model of the A-series. It is priced at Rs 28,990 in India and one of the biggest phones with the 6.7-inch display you can find at this price. It has a huge battery of 4,500mAh which power the handset. It also comes with a capable Snapdragon 675 chipset and a triple camera system. But it is really worth it?
The Galaxy A70 is like a bigger version of A50. Both phones look identical. Both have bezel-less waterdrop display on the front and a curved rear panel. The device is comfortable to hold due to its 3D curved rear panel. The back is clean and minimal with a triple camera plus LED setup. At 6.7-inches, Galaxy A70 uses an infinity-U display with a water drop notch to house the selfie-camera. The display offers an FHD+ resolution at 2400 x 1080 pixels. The screen offers a visual treat especially if you watch movies or play games on it.
Galaxy A70 is powered with 2.0Ghz octa-core Snapdragon 675 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. The Qualcomm chips give it a really fast processing ability. The only disadvantage of this phone is its size. Its big display makes it difficult to reach certain areas of the screen with one hand. It has oneUI interface makes it easy to complete most tasks and navigate the UI with one hand. The Galaxy A70 comes with a triple camera setup that includes a 32MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5MP depth camera.
