Samsung announced three midrange smartphones: Galaxy A10E, A20, and A50. If you are looking for something affordable, these are the cheapest entry-level smartphones just above the Galaxy J line. The A series is slightly more expensive than the Galaxy J series. The A-series is much cheaper than the upper series. The Galaxy S10 Pus cost around $1000 and the upcoming foldable even goes higher than $1500.
The latest and most advanced in the Galaxy A series is the A50, which was unveiled at MWC 2019 in February. It costs $350 and features three cameras at the rear side. The device has a large display of 6.4-inch, a 4,000mAh battery, and storage up to 64GB. The phone also has to option to expand the storage up to 512GB. The Galaxy A50 features Infinity-U edge to edge display that is nearly bezel-less. It has FHD+ resolution and super AMOLED display colors which provides extraordinary visual experience while playing video games, watching movies or for live streams.
Galaxy A50 is pure, premium aesthetics. Whether in a modern white or black, or a brilliant coral or blue, the slim body fits comfortably in your hand. And the 3D classic back and On-Screen Fingerprint scanner mean you have smooth, seamless curves on all sides. The main highlight for the Galaxy A50 is its triple camera with wide-angle, and depth lens. This is a great phone for taking selfies in portrait mode which blurs the background while creating a dramatic effect on portrait shots. Galaxy A50’s Triple camera consists of an Ultra Wide Camera with a 123-degree field of vision like the human eye, as well as a 25MP (F1.7) camera for bright, clear photos all day. And to round out, a 5MP Depth Camera for adjusting the depth of field. The device also has a scene optimizer which recognizes and enhances the images using artificial intelligence, so you get the optimal level of brightness, saturation, and colors.
