Samsung has recently launched its wearables – Galaxy fit and Fit e in India. Both devices fitness wearable devices were announced back in February alongside the Galaxy S10 smartphones. The Galaxy Fit and Fit e are the affordable devices and come with improved fitness tracking features and improved lightweight designs. The Galaxy Fit sports a 0.95-inch full-color AMOLED display and comes with 2MB RAM and 32 storage. The devices are powered by a 120mAh battery alongside the NFC wireless charging capability.
It also supports notifications for the new messages and incoming calls from your phone. The interesting thing is you can reply back from your Galaxy fit devices. The band also syncs the do not disturb the setting of your phone. The Galaxy Fit e, though, has a smaller 0.74-inch display which also reduces the power consumption needs. The device has a PMOLED display and powered by only a 70mAh battery. While the Fit e does support the notifications from your smartphone but it doesn’t have the reply functionality. Both devices are water resistant up to 50 meters and have military-grade durability.
You can use these devices to track your fitness activities like walking, running, and biking using an array of sensors that include a gyroscope. The Galaxy fit can track up to 6 activities using its auto workout tracking feature, whereas the Galaxy fit e can only track up to 3 activities. However, both of these have Samsung health support that enables the tracking of more than 90 different activities. The devices also have enhanced sleep analysis and smart stress management. The Galaxy fit has a price tag of Rs 9,990 and Galaxy fit e is priced only at Rs 2,590 in India.
