Samsung Galaxy S11 is one of the most anticipated Galaxy phones of the year 2020. The Galaxy S10 was one of the most selling Galaxy phone and according to the company it has already sold over 6 million smartphones in the Q3 of last year. As per the official announcement that was discovered thanks to an unlisted video, Samsung is holding an Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 11, 2020. Samsung is working on its second foldable phone after last year’s Galaxy fold.
The unpacked event for Samsung Galaxy S11 will take place in Sans Francisco at 11 pm Pacific time on Feb 11, according to the official invites. This is the exact place where Samsung unveil Galaxy S10 last year. But this year, we are expecting to see three Samsung Galaxy S11 phones instead of four variants, with at least two of these containing a 5G network support. This means you won’t be needed another device for 5G speed. There is no news on Galaxy Fold 2 reveal yet, but we may see some design presentation at the unpacked event as well. Last time, the launch of Galaxy Fold was delayed by five months. This time, it may take a completely different route, as the company already has some feedback and experience working with the foldable screen.
Galaxy S11 has a center-aligned hole-punch selfie camera, almost no top and bottom bezels, and a large camera casing on the backside of the device. But this isn’t as large as the iPhone 11 Pro of Pixel 4 has. As rumors suggest, Samsung will be using a higher 120Hz refresh rate for its next flagship, leapfrogging OnePlus and Google. So far, only Asus ROG Phone’s 2 is providing such a higher refresh rate for the display. As expected, there will some advanced camera features and 8K video recording. The device is expected to have a display size of 6.2-inches to 6.9-inches and will be powered by the latest Exynos chipset from Samsung.
